Welcome to the Quality Plus Plus Inc. web site. Quality Plus Plus is a subchapter S corporation owned by George N. Geissler. Retired from engineering, George now offers life long learned skills and knowledge in several ways. His extensive experience in Quality systems is shared with clients through consulting relationships on short or long term projects. His educational background includes Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics and Business Management, which is supported by extensive experience in electro-plating, process metallurgy and semi-conductor processing. His expertise in Quality systems and methodologies is supported by the Six Sigma Black Belt certification by the American Association for Quality. George migrated a woodturning hobby into a product offering of several categories of turned wood artifacts. Some are of a utilitarian nature, while others can be considered art forms. Included in these offerings are natural edge bowls, lidded boxes, hollow form vessels, wine bottle stoppers, deep plates and turned palm nuts. Commissioned work is also a possibility. Refer to the Woodturnings page for photos of currently available pieces. In the future, George is planning to offer photographic prints and digitally enhanced prints. While continually exploring new methods, materials and tools during his woodturning, George has developed two new related products that are proprietary mixtures of oils and waxes.
